The 8 week program begins with one-on-one meetings with a personal trainer and a certified sports nutritionist. They will outline your personalized program designed to help you walk off excess pounds while building your fitness levels. Then you put your pedometer on your shoe and the rest is as simple as a walk in the park, literally.

Easy To Do:
Your pedometer sends data directly to your computer instaneous feedback tracking your daily number of steps, intensity of steps and calories burned.

After your initial 90-minute nutritional consultation, regularly scheduled consultations give you the dietary information and feedback needed to maximize your results. Weekly calls from your trainer allow the two of you to talk about growth and setbacks to ensure you stay on the path to greater fitness.
