The academy consists of sports performance enchancement programs ("Sports PEP") designed for junior high and high school, college athletes involved in baseball, basketball, football, golf, soccer, swimming, tennis, track, volleyball, and wrestling.
For over 25 years, more than 3000 professional athletes from every sport have excelled utilizing Mackie Shilstone's sports-specific performance enhancement techniques. Now these same successful performance management techniques are available to the student athlete.
For instance, Jonathan Bender, a fifth-round draft pick of the Toronto Raptors, joined the Sports PEP Academy during his Junior year at Picayune High School in Mississippi. After High School graduation, he went on to play for the Indiana Pacers.
Glenn Davis, an LSU basketball standout, participated in the Academy prior to joining the LSU Team, while attending University High School in Baton Rouge.
