One month is proven to be a realistic time to reduce your waist measurement. When you follow the threefold plan consisting of:
- a low-glycemic eating plan
- a structured aerobic walking program
- a core exercise program
You will begin to see your waist measurement come down. When you feel that belt loop getting longer, that will become a constant motivator, showing you that this program is working.

Our staff will call to schedule your assessment

You will meet with a trainer to determine and be instructed on the correct intensity and duration for your walking and core stabilization programs.

If you wish to add the diet component, you will also meet with our nutritionist to review your new low-glycemic eating plan.

Approximately halfway through your 30-day training, you'll have a second consultation with your trainer and nutritionist to check your progress in the program and answer any questions you may have. By this point in the program, men can typically expect to see a 2-4" reduction in their waist measurement, and women will typically see a 1-2" reduction.
