A managed program designed to increase Size, Strength, Speed, and Quickness.

In order to gain the ADVANTAGE in today's competitive sports world, you must be stronger, faster, and quicker than the competition.

"Mackie Shilstone is the first Sports Performance Manager who offers a comprehensive program to make athletes more effective and better conditioned..."
Pete Williams - Medicine/Technology (Street & Smith's Magazine)

Based on his current book, Lean and Hard, he has adapted this concept for high school and collegiate athletes, as well as for everyday people who want great results.

The Lean & Hard Program can help you become the best in your chosen sport or in life by teaching you the secrets the pros use to increase lean muscle mass, while getting stronger, faster, and quicker.

The Lean & Hard Program is not an ordinary training program. It is a managed strength, speed, and agility training system coupled with a "cutting edge" performance fueling plan.

Bigger - Faster - Stronger

The Lean & Hard Program is a self-contained, six-week program, which is ideal for the single or multi-sport athlete or for people already with a base fitness level, who is familiar with the demands of training, but desires more advanced training techniques and methods. You will receive a training manual that contains daily biochemically correct weight training exercises; speed and agility routines; performance meal plans; and performance supplement protocols (optional). All these protocols are periodized over the six weeks of the program. You may participate on your own after initial instruction or we can provide daily supervision for the entire six weeks.
