East Jefferson General Hospital is pleased to offer the Conference Center as a service to community organizations and businesses on the East Bank of Jefferson Parish. Located in the Joseph C. Domino Healthcare Pavilion, this 11,000-square-foot complex offers many meeting rooms accommodating both small and large gatherings of up to 250 people. In the heart of Metairie, the hospital's Conference Center offers an easily accessible location from all parts of the metropolitan New Orleans area, including free parking and full-service catering options. The Conference Center is only minutes from the New Orleans International Airport and local hotels. Conference Center staff are on hand to meet clients' needs and make the Conference Center the meeting place of choice on the East Bank of Jefferson Parish.

The Conference Center is fully equipped to transform banquets, seminars and conventions into successful events. Following are services available at the Conference Center:

Audiovisual Capability
The Conference Center offers some of the most advanced technology available to help make meetings as productive as possible. The main meeting rooms of the Center, Esplanade I, II and III, have three high resolution LCD multimedia projectors and screens, so meeting participants throughout the room can follow presentations easily. Also available for use in any area of the Conference Center is an interactive whiteboard, a document camera and a portable laptop projector. For control of presentation, a wireless mouse is available, as is a podium with a built-in touchpad. Other audiovisual services include overhead and slide projectors, a TV/VCR combination, wireless microphones and CD and cassette audio systems.

Business Center Services
Telephone, photocopy, fax and computer services are all available in the Conference Center, with technical support from onsite personnel.

Diverse Dining Options
Meal services for guests are available in the Conference Center and in two adjacent dining areas.

• Catering - The hospital's catering department offers meal services for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as beverages and snacks for meetings and events. Printed menus are available upon request. For specific needs, a customized menu may be created. Food may not be brought in from outside institutions and may not be removed from the premises.
  
  
• Our House Cafe' - Our House Cafe', open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offers home-cooked specialties and signature recipes by the hospital's certified executive chef. A variety of hot entrees, a salad bar, hearty soups, freshly baked pizza, exotic desserts, yogurt and fresh delicacies from an in-house bakery are available daily at the Our House Cafe'.
  
  
• Fountain Deli - The Fountain Deli offers freshly prepared specialty sandwiches, salads and pastries.
  

Other Services
Other services, such as flowers, music, decorations, printed menus, photography and coat-check, may be arranged upon request.

Reservations & Information
Reservations require a deposit. Payment may be made with cash, check or any major credit card. Direct billing by prior arrangement is also available.
